We are pleased to announce that CDID, the team behind Prextra ERP, is officially joining Genius Solutions, the Quebec-based developer of Genius ERP. This acquisition, finalized in October, marks an important milestone for both organizations. Â

For several years, Genius Solutions has experienced strong and steady growth, with over 125 experts across Canada and the U.S. and an average annual expansion of 15%. The addition of the 100-person Prextra team creates a combined group of more than 225 professionals fully dedicated to ERP innovation. Â
Together, we are building one of the most complete and robust ERP portfolios in Canada — serving manufacturing, distribution, project management, and service-based organizations. Â

Prextra will continue to be developed, supported, and improved by the same team with the same commitment. The software will retain its own identity, under the name Prextra, a Genius Solutions Company, while benefiting from the strength of a larger organization.
